Spot Round One Schedule
The Spot Round One will begin on September 18, 2024, at 10 AM. On this date, DU will release the list of available vacant seats across various courses and colleges. Students who wish to apply for these seats must do so by September 19, 2024, before 11:59 PM.
The declaration of seat allocations will be made on September 21, 2024, at 3 PM. Students are required to accept their allotted seats by September 22, 2024, and complete all necessary document verification and formalities by September 24, 2024.
Multiple Spot Rounds Expected
Since the CUET system began, multiple spot rounds have typically been conducted. Students are hopeful that after Spot Round One, a second round will follow, increasing their chances of securing a seat. However, candidates must note that once they are allocated a seat in Spot Round One, they will not be eligible for further rounds.

Withdrawal Deadline
Students who wish to withdraw their current admission and participate in the spot round must do so by September 17, 2024, at 5 PM. Post this deadline, no further withdrawals or changes will be allowed.
Admission Statistics
According to recent data, DU has confirmed 72,263 admissions so far in the 2024 cycle. However, this number is slightly lower than the 74,133 admissions reported in the third round, suggesting some students may have withdrawn or shifted to other categories like CW (Children/Widows of Armed Forces Personnel).
